ive had to email my boss "hey can i have a project to work on" like twice in the past week and if i don't get something new in the next fifteen minutes i'm going to have to do it again. what is going ON at this company. it is humiliating every time, like being a student reminding the teacher that there is homework, but i do not want to risk getting in trouble for not working so like. i guess the alternative is being annoying.

#they keep being like 'oh yeah my bad sorry!' and then assigining me the ittiest bittiest tasks #which i know is an improvement over Complete 12 Hour Work In Eight Hours which has been their mo for the past month #but what... what happened???#is april just a slow time for immigration law??? i don't think immigration law gets to have slow times!!!#it's the kind of thing that makes me unreasonably anxious because i have worked at Company About To Go Under And/Or Fire All Its Employees #so all changes in behavior have me jumping
