I can't read Japanese so I am sure there is so, so much going on in this screenshot, but I cannot get over the URL in the upper left, which implies that: a) they have the world wide web in Soul Society b) there is a .death top level domain

What...what is anyone accessing the internet on? Their soul pagers? That laptop Hisagi had in the film festival episode? Also, is dot death ubiquitous, i.e. is it the dot com of Soul Society? Or is this some specialty thing, possibly that Hisagi registered himself, trying to get in on the ground floor?
