Maybe the government in Kirkwall could have. But not you. Not the Arishok. And you two are the ones who have to#pay for it. The scene where he asks you if the elves are right and you know this is the last straw but you're like 'yes. you're right.' and#he's like *deeply sad* 'Yes. I am.'
