What Next?

So... Obviously, I still have two chapters left, each, for EiSR and 2CHH... but the writers block has actually been slowly killing me, so I need some more incentive, and for that - a decision must be made.

This - of course - doesn't include CF/CTTD and it's post canon or TTRO pieces, since those are going to be more... as the ideas come (...there's 2 TTRO chapters already in progress plus the first chapter of post canon) versus pre-planning for the most part

So... who knows what kind of reach this will get, or if there will be any at all - but pick what new series/story comes next.

Multi-Chapter #1: Canon Divergent; Rockstar Eddie/Normal Steve - FWB -> Long Distance -> Idiots Pining Instead of Communicating.

Multi-Chapter #2: AU; Outlaw Eddie/Himbo Artist Steve - Set in 1886; 5+1 Style (5 Times Eddie Rescues Steve from himself, and the 1st time Steve returns the favor)

Multi-Chapter #3: Modern Day AU: Sequel To "Less of You (Means More of Me)" Platonic Stobin Fic - EMT Steve/Tattoo Artist Eddie

One Shot #1: AU - No Upside Down/Alt First Meeting; PWP-ish Lawyer Steve/Barista Eddie; Robin convinces Steve to try out a BDSM/Fetish Club to 'get back to himself' after his divorce; post approval, enters during a masked 'Free Use' Event.

One Shot #2: Modern Day AU; Single Dad & Personal Trainer Steve/Dance Instructor Eddie; Steve moves back to Hawkins with his son and, to make his son happy (and piss off his parents and their gender role nonsense), signs him up for ballet lessons. Child Antics Ensue.

One Shot #3: AU - No Upside Down/Alt First Meeting: Flower Shop Owner Steve / Lounge Singer Eddie - 1920s/Prohibition Era (But No Homophobia/Racism Because I Said So). Steve is hired to do arrangements for a wedding and is invited to stay for the ceremony; love at first sight.

One Shot #4: Canon Divergent; DemoWere Steve/DemoWere Eddie. 'Something' saves Eddie from the bats and disappears before he can figure out what; but Vecna is not truly dead - Steve's secret is revealed when Eddie begins to show the same symptoms he did before the final battle can take place.

Unknown Length: AU - Medieval (With Surprises); Prince Steve/Knight Eddie. Steve is sent to a new kingdom to marry the woman he's been arranged to since she was born but has never met and will not see until after the 'i do' ; only to meet and fall in love with her overprotective knight.

Unknown Length: AU - No Upside Down/Alt First Meeting. Omegaverse* - Alpha Steve/Omega Eddie; Steve isn't finding a mate quick enough for his 'very supportive of his sexuality' Father's taste and confides in his struggles finding the true love he craves - his father brings home a surprise for his birthday. (TW/Content Warning: Human Trafficking)

*I literally said I'd never write omegaverse; those who know me, know I avoided it for a long time (just wasn't my cup of tea), but my brain betrayed me ONCE and this idea came to me and won't leave so it's on the list.

Also we all know a One Shot very rarely stays a One Shot for me, but that's the plan for those at the moment at least.

one thing i would change in canon: Everyone who died wouldn't die. I don't get it why characters have to die to create emotional responses. It's just boring storytelling imo. ST canon feels a lot like Game of Thrones sometimes as in they create interesting characters just to kill them? BORING.

something canon did right: Lifeguard Billy. Also Erica Sinclair, she slays.

the character i relate to the most and why: Murray XD He's so unhinged and chaotic. I also have a tendency get interested in all kinds of conspiracies but I'm not a fanatic about them. They just interest me a lot, because WHY would someone do stuff like that and WHY people are so intrigued by them and WHY would they believe or not believe them. Also I know a lot of stuff that I really do nothing with but it's kinda, you know, good to know just in case :D

character i hate the most and why: Mike Wheeler. He's probably the flattest character I've seen in any show in a long time.

something i've learned from the fandom: If you don't engage with the antis they won't engage with you. Stay on your lane, stay away from main tags (they're just depressing really) and be respectful of everyone's opinions but if they don't align with yours just ignore them. Fandom should be fun and fighting against windmills is just useless. And always, ALWAYS HAVE FUN with your part of the fandom because they get you and where you come from.
