Every time I see music discourse on Tumblr these days, I learn that I have horrible taste in music. And I'm surprised every time.
#i tend to be blissfully unaware of what is considered uncool to like and obviously i want cringe culture to die as much as the next person#but it honestly baffles because i completely genuinely do not understand what is cringe about linkin park or cavetown or something#both are very good at providing me music that fits my angsty characters#is it like cringe to have feelings or wallow in them or something?#isn't emotion regulation like one of the most common reasons to listen to music?#wtf
