i told myself that i was only going to dabble a bit in Persian but I've already watched 10+ grammar/vocab lessons on youtube, made a 70s Persian music playlist, read a book of Persian poems and bought another one that I'm about to start
I might be a little obsessed with Persian at the moment
#i love that iranians are so proud of their cultural identity as Persians#it saddens me that they are being ruled by religious madmen rn#especially given that apparently their society in general is very secular and open minded#SUCH A BEAUTIFUL LANGUAGE#and so fun to learn
