something about the arlong fight in the live action felt off to me and so i was rereading the manga today, I think what bothered me was in the manga it was really clear that luffy was destroying nami's room in arlong park because that was nami's prison, he's destroying her work because that's all that she was valued for. In the live action, he destroys the arlong park in order to destroy arlong and all he values, but in the manga he destroys the room to set nami free.
