on one hand Gunhee’s initially strong desire to make jinwoo his successor kinda wounds me because I’m like ‘sir best candidate is literally standing right behind you all the time’ but on other I kinda understand where he’s coming from because apparently power scaling in their world unfortunately dictates many things

But then again it’s infinitely hilarious because as a KHA head jinchul is literally embracing tired mom energy where he’s technically above S ranks but they’re stronger by default so when he’s unable to control them he just calls even stronger figure in form on jinwoo (the dad) to harness them

jinchul and jinwoo’s work dynamic is literally mom and dad trying to control their rebellious teenage children who wreck destruction and havoc and probably already been at police station at least once—
