My coworkers (of 1.5 yrs??) seem to mistakenly have gotten the impression that i loved living in the UK
How it is even possible for them to have formed that opinion is beyond me
#literally this weekend one of my coworkers brought it up#i was like... girl no 😭#i liked TRAVELING#in part to Escape the hell country#the first time i mentioned to my boss that I'd be interested in going international she got really excited telling me about UK opportunities#and i had to be like - let me stop you there - i would move back to the UK over my dead body#which took her aback LOL#it's fine we're on the same page now abt sending me to a diff european country and she thinks it's funny#but I'm really like... i certainly never SAID i liked living in the UK#i will readily tell strangers how much i hated it#but i guess since me living there usually comes up in neutral contexts they all just assume it was a cool time#it was not <3
