Hi! Your taste in dramas is impeccable and you got me into more than I can count, so I come to the expert for advice.

Recently I was watching Perfect Match, usually after lunch, and my spouse would hang out with me but make it clear he was not watching it because he wasn't interested.

Dear reader, he got hooked.

Now he's asked me for period cdramas with low af stakes (when the characters were having difficulties he'd go do something else and tell me to fill him in after because he was having a hard time seeing them suffer).

Can you or your followers recommend me cozy, no stakes or very low stakes, period cdramas to watch with my spouse? Thank you! And thank you for an amazing taste!

new life begins - i've just linked directly to my rec post which will give you an overview into the show! this show supplied me with enough serotonin to get through a very rough month tbh, it's a nice, low stakes watch and v, v heartwarming!! :')

unfortunately for your spouse, period cdramas are usually not low stakes hahahahahaha it's all about the Trials and Tribulations, and my favourite ones involve copious amounts the male lead suffering, especially when it involves close up shots of a single tear rolling down the male lead's cheek, or uhhh, beautifully shot blood-spitting scenes 😂
