you know what, the end of riverdale being announced made the show a billion times more attractive for me and suddenly I'm on season 4 episode 17 and I...love it
#credit where credit is due who else is doing it like this#it's nice to watch something and just accept all the nonsense and crap acting and even worse writing and just vibe with it#it's not even like i'm tuning my brain off. i def am invested but not in a way that invades my day to day life and tortures my psyche#*turning#(which i LOVE. of course i do. that's what makes a show truly great. when it makes you think. *really* think)#but!! i need other media as well#riverdale is perfect to keep the balance of prestige top tier television on the one side and pure entertainment-for-enjoyment-television#on the other side intact :))#it's been a very effective means to detox myself from bcs brainrot. otherwise i would go insane over my fictional lawyers and who wants that#captain's log
