ANYWAY. GIGGLES. To put it very simply. Yes? IT SOUNDS SO FUCKED. TW FOR MENTIONS OF ROAD ACCIDENTS. ERM. BUT. ok.

TRAFFIC (their story/world) is about three Road Demons (max, trey & F.O.R.D.) hunting down rogue demons and evil entities that stalk the highways in their 1961 Lincoln Continental Convertable.

In this. World? Story? Demons & Angels arent like. Evil/Good, rather demons r just like angels, but they watch over darker/bad things, like, say, car accidents. Road Demons like the three of them are Specifically meant to guide people who die on the road to the afterlife. Rogue demons/entities/angels are beings that have defected and are actively causing these accidents or incidents to happen (im sure theres reasoning behind it but i havent thought about that lore much tbh………)

Out of the three of them, Trey is the only like. True Demon? He's been that way since he first popped into being, whereas F.O.R.D. and Max were created.

F.O.R.D and Max both died in (seperate, w Max dying first) car/road related incidents. When Trey arrived to guide Max, something went wrong (WHICH I WONT SPECIFY. Bcos I would like to tell this story in full someday & id like to keep SOME aire of mystery around it.), and Max became a Road Demon aswell.

With F.O.R.D, it was the same scenario, except the RD who resurrected him was NOT Trey and it was ON PURPOSE 😳🤔

Anyway F.O.R.D was considered a rogue demon for a while, which led to Max & Trey trying to hunt him down. They succeeded but learned he was pretty much harmless & he JOINED THE CREW :3 !

There's a lot more lore & i could totally elaborate on anything here but. Anyway. This whole concept stems from my obsession w like. Highways and the kinda lore/americana that surrounds them and my vague trauma relating to road accidents, but ive been working on it since. Middle school???? The story has changed and shifted greatly but. Its always been these three dudes that got hit by cars. Also they make out sometimes 😁💖 love loses thwyre all terrible
