starting to get rly nauseous :-((((
#gonna try to drink a protein shake before i take meds this morning. probably i just didnt eat enough yesterday or sleep enough#and i have been very anxious anyway. but if its still like this tomorrow morning ill ask my dr if i can go back down to 30mg#its not as bad as concerta but its still really uncomfortable. my tolerance for nausea is very low#ugrjrhfjfgb dont wanna go to work today.....#.diaries
