OK STUPID ADVERTISEMENT ASIDE hi rw modding community!! i need help coding my custom slugcat!!

they're supposed to be able to create electric spears the way artificer is able to make explosive ones

i at the very least need to know where artificer's crafting ability is stored in code to perform an ILhook [the article i'm using references gourmand's slam ability, but i can't seem to find that either to go off of] though some more extensive help in creating the hook would honestly be wonderful i am SO lost

help this has stalled poor badcat's development for well over a month </33
