SHE'D ONLY BEEN WALKING PAST THE TRAINING AREA ON HER WAY TO ANOTHER PART OF THE CASTLE. there was no intent to stop &. watch until she caught his familiar form in her periphery. her errand can wait for a moment or two. or more. krishna leans against the breezeway entrance , arms crossed &. gaze appreciative.

after a minute , loghain must realize she's there without seeing because his movements take on a flashier grace , his shots clean but with a certain flourish. it's subtle , in his way , but she recognizes the showmanship. once he is out of arrows &. begins collecting them , she slowly claps , waiting for him to turn.

❝ quite the performance , dear. surely that wasn't all for my benefit ? ❞ the smile she wears implies she knows otherwise.

Scenario:  The  receiver  places  a  sword  (perhaps  a  family  heirloom)  into  the  sender's  hands. - krishghain

she holds out the dagger &. places it in his hand , whether loghain curls his fingers around the hilt or not. fang has held a place at her hip ever since her father gave her mother's blade to her. now , here at the potential end of the world ( or so it feels ) , krishna wants to entrust it to him.

the archdemon roars from the top of the castle , the last stand for the final battle. but not for him. the ritual may not have worked , they don't know if what was in flemeth's spellbook is even capable of preventing a warden's sacrifice. hell , she could barely convince tamlen to stay behind for the same reason. but if she could only choose one , she knows how selfish the answer would be.
