not to brag (absolutely to brag) but i make a damn good atlantic beach pie i learned it for a school cooking competition and was one of the winners of that n on my 17th birthday i got up at 5am just to make several to share with everyone cause it was such a hit at the contest and a lot of people hadnt gotten to try it who wanted to and then later on i led a mini lesson to some students families in making it ive never had a complaint abt it 😌😌

its a lemon custard pie (with a bit of lime too) with a crust made of crushed saltine crackers with butter and sugar and its soooo good its from north carolina
