im so exhausted even laying in bed feels like too much work
#i had covid in january and ive felt off ever since#my pulse was constantly 90+; walking made it go over a 100 easily#i would sometimes randomly feel like i have no air even when doing nothing#and i was constantly super tired#then in april i had something again - idk if it was the flu or covid again or some random virus or bacteria#and all the symptoms i had before got worse#it happened gradually so i didnt even notice until a few weeks ago when i was laying in bed w my heart rate at 106#feeling like i have no air and exhausted to the point i had to get help to get out of bed#me being me and not wanting to worry mom i was like 'so hey do you think you could do some blood tests for me?'#i told her that i wasnt feeling bad just feeling off and not like myself#(i told her my exhaustion was due to having a depressive episode which is true so i wasnt *completely* lying)#my tests came back and my vitamin d and iron lvls are extremely low#ive been taking vit d supplements every other day since march. with that its under the lower limit. idk what it would be like if i didnt#take them#i looked up the symptoms of lack of iron/vit d later and literally everything ive been feeling can be explained by it#even my depression#it started getting worse in may last year and rn im at a low that i havent experienced in 6 years#turns out it might be bc of dumb covid
