#初音ミク#Miku Hatsune#Hatsune Miku#vocaloid#Crypton Future Media#will the kids these days get a World Is Mine ref?#wanted to do her NT redesign in the original Kei art pose#ive def fallen out of vocaloid now but#it still holds a special place in my heart#i remember around her 10th anniversary#i think a japanese producer was commenting on the state of the community#basically that things died down when the weekly rankings started stagnating#and yeah i think thats part of why i faded out#in the late 2000s early 2010s#there was so much fresh music and talent#and vocaloids too#new stuff was springing up all the time#and when i checked the rankings like 5 years ago#it was the same songs dominating week after month after year#well deserved popularity for incredible talent#but i really do believe it became a Sand Planet#i think 4blood by Kira is the most recent new song#ive heard and liked since the 10th anniversary boom#this is so bleak but I LOVE YOU MIKU!! ;A;#just wanted to rant about a fandom lost ;u;#also i love seeing like...#Miku permeating into internet culture more than ever#makes me happy
