Pic I got showing official Miku+Tentomon shirt I received (back in Aug. around 0801!) though I think I had received it just a bit later, so I wasn't able to wear it at that time!

(The img also came out a bit blurry, but I tried re-sizing this one, I may take more later!) The color was actually nicer than I expected (for Yellow!) {so I was really happy with this!}

This is the Small size but only because I don't think they even HAD a Size M in stock but if they did (I might have to consider grabbing another one of these, Someday...)

{Sighs in 'Digimon SuperfanTM (since before 2k11) who is Disabled'} [if not able to cosplay it at that specific time and even these years I ran into very few Adv+02 cosplayers. {Even less 02...} it was 5~10 people at MOST. So I can only wonder how many fans it'd bring this year.] {I'm also really (Genuinely) wondering if I'd have to stand in a line 10+~30+ minutes to grab a '~~Priority+~~' badge again.}

Someone: Oh, and the Ghost Game child in the last ep was voiced by Tenjin Umi (Adventure + 02!Koushiro), so three main / major Koushiro V.A.s (Adventure + 02!Koushiro, Tri + Kizuna + "The Beginning"!Koushiro {Hiro}, 2020!Koushiro {Espimon}) were in the same ep!!1! DIGIMON Adventures ~ (Closet?) "The Beginning" Hikari Yagami-Inspired Coordinate photos of @izzyizumi

My Commentary: When the profile imgs of "The Beginning" first dropped, I was super excited because I already (from years back - found this before 2015 and even before Tri!) had a coat that was very similar to 2012-era ("The Beginning") Hikari Yagami's; (Hikari is one of my TOP favorite characters from this series, too!!) (It's not exactly the same, {mine has more pockets and buttons} but it's pretty close!... if slightly more pale pink-ish than beige)

{IMG edit / re-sized by Me} (Please ASK to Use) However, this outfit is not really meant as "cos-play"; (Please do not tag it as such if you rb, thank you!) Technically, it's a {partial} J-fashion (J.P.N fashion) coordinate. The coat is (a seeming older one?) of unknown year by J-fashion brand "MILK", as is the turtleneck which you can (kind of, if barely) see here too. (Pants were simply not-J-fash ones from my closet!) Since it's not actually meant to be a cos-play, it's an outfit I can actually wear out on its own, or with a different top. However, the top itself (pretty much my only turtleneck-esque top) was also close to Hikari's, so I might have put together a quick inspired outfit...

Unfortunately, I do not yet have a suitable wig for Hikari; & probably won't for a while longer, so you'll have to see my natural (dark) hair in this (I really need to get it trimmed again lol) I tried to get pics outside, but it was super sunny, and the color didn't quite show, so I'll have to try again soon!!

Original Posters [Mine] Commentary: I’m trying to get some better angles but it’s been a little difficult! (Check out my Sora-relevant T.C.G cards though?!?) {All from my original T.C.G. deck, which was purchased brand-new in the earlier 2000′s~pre-2010} Except the Sora T.C.G, which came with the first U.S. dub V.H.S. tape!

[+The card behind Piyomon [Biyomon] is Birdramon] (lol) (It was really sunny out today, [but also a bit windy!] so I’ll have to try again later this week!)

Some things of note: - Koushiro is still Koushiro (one ‘u’ at start, one ‘o’ at end) - Grades actually got mentioned! (4th for Koushiro, 6th for Jou, and 2nd for Takeru are all J.P.N. canon) - Taichi still has “Kamiya” but also “Taichi” - The “July” reference might be because of an opening dub quote (“In the middle of July”) - Lots of dub-esque humor / direct quotes in these too - A slight preview of “before the camp”, which wasn’t in Ep01 (technically also happens in the J.P.N. novel, one has to wonder what made them include it here too...) - even Takeru’s name is here despite T.K. - “Matt was walking towards them, probably looking for Sora”... {Dub Foreshadowing} - “Joe” is still “Joe”, but that’s kind of happened with the J.P.N. too (“Jo” instead of “Jyou”, etc) Also, his grade that gets mentioned was actually correct too.

Digi-Merch Collection ~ U.S. Dub V.H.S. Tapes from my “pre 2010″ collection.

All are official and were bought brand-new from various stores available in my area at the time. They’ve seen a tiny bit of shelf wear since, but overall are in decent condition to this day, including all the tapes, all of which still played fine last I checked (when I still had a working V.C.R.)

(I also have an entire box full of certain other DigiAdvs-relevant tapes that I need to take a pic of once I find it again, but that will come sometime in the future.)

In the dub, they use the JPN names as “first”/““full”” names and the U.S. dub names as ““nicknames””, However, the J.P.N. names are STILL canon and have always been. These are from the “official” guide book. Though there are some inconsistencies within this book too, {for example “Hikari” is only listed as “Kari”, some things are spelled wrong etc} for the most part the J.P.N. names existing in the background has always been consistent in the dub.

In Ep31, Koushiros name-plate is edited to be consistent with the dub:

{It is always spelled “Koushiro”, without the extra “u” on end.} (That’s not to say you can’t add it in as your preference. This is literally just me pointing out ‘Koushiro’ has always been consistent.)

In the movies, the original names are also often left in-tact. In the 02 “movie” Daisuke’s email name is left in-tact as well. (With his name as “Daisuke”, Implying all the 02 kids follow the same naming pattern) {Some caps via this post}
