It is endlessly funny to me that Gwen lives her life like a modern AU Jaime and Nik lives his life like a modern AU Brienne.
#obviously I’m referring to their public personas or personal choices they choose to make public via social media#but anyway#modern AU jaime would 100% be immersed in the fashion industry and do endorsements for whisky and luxury brands#modern AU brienne would drive an electric car and support environmental/social causes#jaime would embrace contemporary art and imaginative storytelling!#brienne would make documentaries and support local artists and do whatever the equivalent is of inexplicably picking sad dad roles#the point of the fic would be that those are not mutually exclusive lifestyles#they’d fight about it at first but find common ground when they have to work together etc
