Here we are on a Monday evening and I’m sat in Charles de Gaulle airport waiting for the ride back to London….. 🇫🇷✈️✈️✈️🇬🇧 Here’s some of my highlights of the weekend, we managed to do loads, including riding to the summit of the Eiffel Tower, visited The Palace of Versailles, ate dinner in The Latin Quarter, visited the Sacre Coeur and the wonderful Montmartre, walked The Seine….. many times 🤪saw the Louvre… and today a really cool projection art exhibition of Cezane! My poor, tired feet can’t wait to be sat down tomorrow while I work away in the cabin! Hello loves, good morning, Yep, I’m still on holidays and totally having a blast in Cornwall. Happy New Years Eve everyone and golly what a year to say goodbye too eh? Here is my top nine for 2020 and basically the posts that’s got the most likes, my bike, me, the cabin and gnomes... so funny! I also really love the top nine of my other page @jo_melton_photography, so wonderful to look back at the memories and piccies. It’s been a year of worry for so many people and I’m so fortunate to have had a positive outcome. The year I designed my rainbow slouch bag, the seaside gnome was born, I raised money for charity, made well over 1500 face masks, but mainly to have had the support of so many good people. Let’s hope for better things for 2021, the beginning isn’t looking so great but I’m looking forward to a great Summer with lots of champagne bubbles as opposed to our now familiar kind. Oh good morning and what an utterly joyous week it’s been eh? Totally loving this Indian Summer and I have to confess I haven’t spent much time in my cabin. I’ve been out on my bike, taking sunset coastal walks, swimming at sunset and during the day , collecting lots of pretty sea glass treasure and totally soaking up this beautiful September. Here’s some piccies of the last few days and the sunsets have just been so wonderful and very inspiring. I’ve a frozen shoulder that needs mending so I am taking the sewing a bit slowly anyway and will get back with gusto, hopefully next week. Have a totally marvellous day everyone. So it’s turned out rather beautiful today! I’m having a perfect birthday eve with lots of vitamin sea and my family round later for a bbq. I’ve just returned with an awesome amount of sea glass, definitely my best yet! Husband is going to show me how to use the Dremel with his time off lol!
