NIKE’S 2018

My love for sneakers run deep, Nike’s in particular. So much so when I was 6 or 7, my mom bought me a pair of Nike’s from footlocker and they gave us two left feet and I cried to her that I could make it work (I know, jackass I am) because I didn’t want to wait for the exchange.

Anyways.

It’s all about quality over quantity, my goal from this point on is to make the right purchases, not a lot of purchases. So these are upcoming releases that I insist that I should buy.

 Nike Vapormax 97:

The Vapormax sole is everywhere, Nike is throwing it on every shoe and specimen they can think of. HOWEVER, on the Air Max 97 “Japan” it works, very well. They release this Friday March 9th and hopefully they will be mine.

Nike Air Force 1 “Tawain”

Originally released in 2001, the Tawains are a classic. A great shoe, and we’ve been long overdue for a remake. Rumored sometime this March? Yes please.

Undercover x Nike React Element 87

I mean, you see them right? Debuted in Undercover’s FW2018 show(shoutout to Sadie) this new collab is worth whatever wait we are about to endure.

Rumored new Acronym x Nike Air Prestos gets a honorable mention. Said to released in September, once  it’s confirmed, then it’ll be added to my debt.

That’s it, 3-4 pairs. 2017 was a year of impulse buys, a lot of “why the fuck did I buy this”. Making more of conscious effort to be conscious of what I buy. So far I would say I’m doing.....ok?

Anybody else with these Raf Detroit Runners have a problem with the sides of the shoe squeezing your feet? I love these and try to wear them often but they kill the sides of my feet.
