I have not yet done my yoga practice for today. But that’s okay, because today’s practice is Yin! Yin yoga is my favorite, slow-paced practice. It’s all about holding poses for a long time in order to slide deeper and deeper into your muscles and connective tissue. And it feels SO. GOOD.
