Did rosie fucking disappear after the shit storm they started?

Apparently they tried to kill themselves or something and now they are in a hospitalization program, but after that they said they are gonna take a break from tumblr for at least a month. Let's hope its longer honestly... I hope they get better and everything, though. I just hope they stay off of tumblr forever because they are toxic as fuck

Basically rosiecommie/Julia made some post about inclusionists not being punk. I responded in a joking manner because fuck them and zelys said op wasnt punk because exclusionists tend to attract terfs and truscum. Julia then decided to tell then to die a bunch, and when zelys blocked them they evaded the block 3 different times to keep rolling them to die and mocking then for being bothered by it. Eventually zelys, someone who doesnt live anywhere near Julia and only knows their tumblr blog, said that if the font stop bothering them they'll call the cops/sue. Julia kept bothering them and after zelys blocked for a 4th time they said zelys is trying to out them to their parents so they can get killed.I think that's bullshit, but exclusionists are acting like zelys satan for threatening a minor, so here we are

so do exclusionists not realize that harassment is illegal. like yeah it's "just words" and you can "log off" but repeated unwanted messages, especially ones that say "die," in combination with repeated block evasion? that's. fucking. harassment. it's harassment, full stop.

Julia ADMITTED she thought zelys was 13 when she started harassing and sending them death threats (CREEPY MUCH???). Exclusionists like delcattie don't care about that tho. Julia coulda been 45, white as milk and threatening to kill zelys' grandma, and they'd still be defending her because they think everything their 'side' does is okay. They'll defend literal abusers and creeps if they identify as exclusionists and grab at ANYTHING to put themselves in the victim circle.

Yeah im starting to realize that now, because at this point it's not even normal my side companionship it's complete dismissal of shitty behavior because they like the person, and tbh that's just not healthy

Also I think it's pretty damn shitty to take someone(who's also trans for the record) saying they're gonna sue or contact police on someone and say they're "threatening to out" them. It's a clear attempt to make them seem worse because they KNOW the actual "threat" doesn't make them look bad. So exclusionists basically would rather lie and demonize an inclusionist than recognize an exclusionist is bad. THIS is why people say you don't take out trash. Rather you even SUPPORT them

What would the police do anyways? Do they have protocol for online harassment and suicide baiting other than like maybe forcibly shutting down their acc? Even then how could that involve outing Julia? I'm very confused

The police would likely get a search warrant, confiscate their computer and internet capable devices and search for the harassment. Then when they find it they'll take the receipts, delete the account, and probably have them pay a fine or di jail time depending on what's on the computer since in America suicide baiting and cyberbullying is a crime. I really doubt they would out then because they would very likely assume it's a rp blog or something

"They could just log off uwu". Logging off doesn't stop any harm done to a person's mental health after they tried to stop harassment and we're followed and harassed over and over. Logging off doesn't stop panic attacks, intrusive or suicidal thoughts, depressive episodes, relapses or anything else possibly caused by the harassment. Logging off doesn't guarantee that Julia would stop sending messages that would be seen when Zelys logged the fuck back on. Exclus stop being ableist challenge.

Another thing(sorry) since they want to play up "THEY FEARED FOR THEIR LIFE??!" the literal screenshots posted shows julia taunting zelys when they said do not contact them again. And they taunting when they said do not contact or they will sue. Litetally continued to contact and mock them rather than ending contact when it was said continued contact would result in the suing/calling. Sounds SO scared to continue to harass someone rather than end contact and therefor end the situation.

Yeah if I was truly scared that someone would get law enforcement involved when I did something shitty I would just... stop responding. Literally in the screenshots it just looked like Julia got bored and then they said "zelys wants to out me too my parents who will kill me!!!" When that's nowhere in the screenshots (and let's be real, if this threat came to fruition the cops aremt going to be like well rosiecommie, aka the TRANS LESBIAN LIVING IN YOUR HOUSE, dad being mean to people online! this whole situation with rosie reminds me of when my nephew cried and sobbed because my niece told him that she was gonna tell on him for doing something she repeatly told him that she didn't like. and then he proceeded to punch her arm hard enough to bruise. and then when i had to drag him to where my parents were he started lying out of his ass to seem innocent. basically what i'm saying is rosie is acting like a toddler rn
