Subaru reveals that he's worried for the future (he's in 3rd year, they'll go separate paths, he's worried that if he keeps them after graduation he'll be too clingy => he's grateful for otto for never leaving him since 3rd year middle school, rem who gives him a chance, emilia that still accepts him even when he hurt her, ram and garfiel who's always there for him, and reinhard, julius, and ferris who are so amazing it feels impossible that they're friends sometimes…)

Subaru: "Huh, I'm kinda pathetic, right...?"

Responses:

Reinhard: "But Subaru won't leave us, right? I like being with Subaru because it's fun."

Julius: "Do you have such low opinions of us, Natsuki Subaru? I'm rather disappointed."

Ferris: "Subaru-kyun's the one dragging Feri-chan around in the first place, so take responsibility!"

Otto: "Honestly, if I were going to leave you just because you're annoying, I'd done it years ago, Natsuki-san."

Anastasia Camp Formation Story Translation Pt 1

As far as I can tell, no one's translated the Anastasia camp formation story, so I decided to attempt it. I will be dividing it up by the sections in the story (so each post will be one section). I will post the translation as I complete each section.

Disclaimer: my level of Japanese is very basic, so I'm largely relying on google translate. I did my best, but I can't guarantee everything is 100% accurate. You should be able to understand the general idea of what's going on, though.

And this scene became one of my favourites when i first read it in the novel! I was so damn happy to see it animated! It was pure perfection

Julius' expression when he realized subaru rememberes him, and Subaru's horrfied realization are so well done

the awkward silence too!

Its so cheerful as if nothing was wrong, and for everyone beyond Julius and subaru, that is true.
