KENGAN CHARACTERS TCK HCs
(in order of most the least ticklish)
Warning: tickles
1. Dripped out goku but with white hair (Koga Narushima)
the most ticklish boy in the kengan verse, change my mind (you can’t)
is ticklish LITERALLY EVERYWHERE
he’s the type to freeze up completely and drop everything he’s holding when tickled
not really a squirmer but will try and fight back
VERY BLUSHY when tickled and tickling
he’s torn between liking and hating tickles cuz he’s SO DAMN ticklish and its mad embarassing but its comforting (sometimes)
he has such a squeezable waist its so easy to tickle him there i wanna just 🤲🤲
after the day koga taught ryuki what tickling was, it was the end for him.
always getting tickled by ryuki
when he tickles someone he’ll go all blushy and he can’t tickle someone for long cuz he’s gonna be more embarassed than the lee
but when its RYUKI- he will go “GRTGRGRGGR TAKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!”
2. Therapy required 2.0 (Ryuki Gaoh)
very baby boy about being tickled 🥺
It was koga who introduced it to him and now ryuki will try and tickle koga literally every day
doesn’t squirm a lot but will giggle and twitch cutely a lot
koga will tickle him back and i feel like he would actually enjoy the tickles
he’s too pure 🥺
he WILL NOT hesitate use his crouching tiger hidden dragon techniques to tickle you
3. Personified ray on sunshine (Cosmo Imai)
100% enjoys being tickled
thinks its a very wholesome way of bonding w/ ppl
squirms and giggles a lot, VERY BABY BOY 🥺🥺🥺
his smile and laugher is so contagious like i would have to stop and take a break cuz his smile is too bright
gets wrecked by kureshi a LOT (maybe i’ll try and write a fic one day idk)
he is a TICKLEMONSTER
HE CAN AND WILL use his grappling techniques when tickling
he’ll also go for the lee’s weakest spots first
very big on verbal teasing
literally EVIL but he’s so cute >:))
4. Therapy session required (Agito Kanoh)
he is also a psychopath who likes being tickled
didn’t rlly experience tickling much
has ticklish palms, wrists, spine, under elbows and probably any other irregular tickle spots
like when u swipe down his spine with a finger, he muscles tense up SO MUCH and crosses his arms but u can see his shoulders shaking a little and the blush forming (pls help this man)
if u tickle him long enough you can get a deep chuckle
he doesn’t rlly laugh when he’s tickled cuz he’s good at hiding his reactions (dw he can feel everything)
when he goes ler tho- 💀💀
you will be missed 🫡
5. Will not button up his shirt to save his life (Himuro Ryo)
I’m calling it rn. he has ticklish che boob chest
if u scribble there he will give deep chuckles
he’ll try to get away but he doesn’t squirm a lot, he just tries to push them away (it doesn’t work)
he can’t hide his reactions well
lots and LOTS of deep chuckles
he has pretty big hands which gives him the advantage when tickling
whenever koga doesn’t listen, himuro would tickle the crap out of him (koga is terrified of him now)
6. Thigh God of War (Gaolang Wongsawat)
TICKLISHBACKTICKLISHBACKTICKKISHBACKTICKLISHBACKRAHAHARASRRSRA
he’s not rlly ticklish to harder tickles
just softer ones like when u trace ur finger nails around his tickle spots or poking and prodding
gentler ones gets him to laugh (he had a nice laugh)
like if he’s shirtless and laying on his stomach, trace ur fingers around his back, shoulder blades spine etc he WILL tense up and u can see his shoulders shaking a lot as he tries to get away from the tickls
not too into it tho, like he wouldn’t go out of his way to tickle ppl
but he will do revenge tickles
he’s a big guy so it’s hard to shake him off of u when he’s tickling you
doesn’t go to the lee’s weakest spot but will spent enough time tickling them to make them beg for forgiveness (for then he just goes •__•)
7. Living on Panadol (Kaneda Shuichi)
not ticklish, but he will chuckle a little bit if u get is weak spot (which isn’t rlly ticklish)
evil tickle monster tho
will use his foresight to tickle the crap out of you
has very nimble fingers so its hard to block out his tickling
will slowly work his way towards the lee’s most ticklish spot
his most common victim is himuro
8. Blinding sunshine that took the form of a rlly loud gorilla (Saw Paing)
not ticklish at all unless u get his weakest spot (i think its cuz kf the bone)
tried to tickle kaolang once to get him to rematch. did not work. kaolang managed to get him back
i wanna say he laughs rlly rlly loudly, but smth tells me he’s a silent laugher
idk
tickles pol to cheer them up
he’s the local tickle monster in his village so he has a lot of experience tickling ppl :]

The top 100 “comics sold at Amazon
Amazon's comics rankings are distributed weekly (from Sunday to Saturday) in cooperation with Amazon. This time, the rankings will be delivered from September 15th to September 21st.
"The fifth bride" is the top! "Dungeon rice" is again ...!
This week's number one is “The Bride for Five”, Volume 11. A spring comedy that has been serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” since 2017. TV animation started in January 2019, and the second stage production has also been decided, and a hot eye is being poured.
The second place was “Dungeon Rice” 8 volumes. Gourmet fantasy manga that breaks through dungeons while cooking monsters appearing in fantasy works using existing cooking methods. From the 4th week of August, it has been keeping the ranking within 3rd for about 1 month. I want to pay attention to how far the ranking can be maintained.
The third place is “Kaguya-sama wants to tell ~ genius' love brain war ~” 16 volumes. This is a TV anime broadcast from January 2019. A live-action movie starring Murasaki Hirano and Kanna Hashimoto has been released since September 6, 2019.
In addition, this week when the top ranking regular rankings of Amazon rankings such as "Golden Kamui" in volume 4 and 6 in "Attack on Titan" in volume 6 were ranked 3rd or lower. Keep an eye on next week's ranking.

Guilty Pleasure #18

VENUS WARS
Dir. YOSHIKAZU YASUHIKO; Wri. YOSHIKAZU YASUHIKO & YÜICHI SASAMOTO, Music. JOE HISAISHI; Starring. KATSUHIDA UEKASU, ERIKO HASA, GORO NAVA, HIROSHI KAWAGUCHI, HOUCHU OHTSUKA, KANETO SHIOZAWA, YUKO MIZUTANI, YUKO SASAKI, KONAMI YOSHIDA, KOUICHI YAMADERA, KIYOSUKE YANADA, MASAMI KIKUCHI, SHUICHI IKEDA; R.T. 102 mins; 1989, Japan
WHAT IT’S ABOUT: Back in 2003, a comet impacted with Venus, altering the planet’s atmosphere and topography enough that it became habitable for human colonisation, and by 2012 we’d started settling there (yeah, I don’t remember that happening either).  In 2089, the two major nations of Venus, Ishtar and Aphrodia, are in a state of cold war when Earth reporter Susan Sommers arrives looking for a story.  Turns out she’s in luck, because she makes it to the Aphrodian capital city of Io just in time to get caught up in Ishtar’s swift and brutal invasion.  She takes shelter with a young mono-bike racing team, the Killer Commandos, who quickly grow restless under the thumb of the occupying forces of Ishtar General Gerhard Donner, leading them to hatch a rash, reckless plan of rebellion …
WHY IT’S GUILTY: There are MANY THINGS wrong with this film.  It’s VERY dated, even by 80s anime standards, from the decidedly old-fashioned soundtrack to the (possibly) retro fashions and haircuts of the characters, and while the animation is often impressive, there are a few jarring moments of sloppy quality and more than one clunky sequence in which animation is very clumsily laid over live action cinematography.  The plot is EXTREMELY derivative and thoroughly predictable, most of the twists glaringly signposted ahead of time, and there’s a strong sense of misogyny throughout with regard to the female characters, as well as a painfully embarrassing “predatory gay” character introduced in the final act that leaves a pretty bad taste in the mouth.  And the less said about that spectacularly clunky ending the better …
WHY IT’S A PLEASURE: Myriad flaws aside, however, this movie’s still A LOT of fun.  As far as the plot’s concerned, if you just step back and go with it there’s much to enjoy here – it’s pure guilty pleasure as a melodramatic soap opera, but the real attraction comes from the WAR in the title.  The frequent action sequences are realised with thrilling flair and brutal, explosive style, the various weapons of war on display consistently wreaking awesome havoc, and the mono-bikes are a wonderfully chaotic creation, the kind of fantastical vehicle the ten-year-old geek in me wants as much as Kaneda’s motorcycle or a Gunstar.  Indeed, there’s a wealth of spectacular design on display throughout, like the gritty, grimy cityscapes, the hulking Octo tanks or those weird-as-hell, Miyazaki-esque kamikaze airships.  The main characters are also a likeable bunch, clichéd caricatures as they are – the appropriately named main protagonist, Hiro, is a cocky, angry-at-the-world little shit, but under his emo swagger there’s a good heart and fierce loyalty to his friends, while the Killer Commandos’ grizzled war veteran manager/mechanic Gary is deceptively gruff but ultimately makes for a strong mentor figure, and while Sue is frequently grating she becomes more tolerable as her character arc progresses, but the real show-stealer here is General Donner, a charismatic monster who agreeably works best in small doses, really coming into his own in the thrilling climax.  There’s cheese, LOTS OF IT, and it gets pretty clunky at times, but there’s no denying the genuine power in the overblown emotional beats of the story, as well as a welcome edge of darkness and danger throughout.  And while the soundtrack may have been old-fashioned even at the time, let’s not forget that the score’s by the great Joe Hisaishi, widely regarded as the greatest cinematic composer to ever come out of Japan, who’s glorified the works of true greats like Hayao Miyazaki and Kitano Takeshi. I have a MASSIVE amount of nostalgic love for this movie – like many of my generation I first discovered this as a boy amongst all the landmark anime greats in the early VHS days of Manga Entertainment, and while it was decidedly outclassed in that illustrious company I still fell for its charms, despite the flaws.  It’s by no means a great masterpiece of the art-form, then, but as a guilty pleasure it’s right up there …
