🥒THE KAPPA KAPPA BUTTHOLE MUSICAL CHANGED MY LIFE ⚽

It's been more than 4 years since a little anime telling a heartfelt, wild story about singing kappas, butts, and the epic highs and lows of middle school soccer changed some of our lives forever!

This zine explores the impact of Sarazanmai (2019) through artwork, reflective writing, and personal photography of 9 contributors.  From an exploration of love and disability, to the joys of shipping and analysis, to the connections forged in the midst of the excitement of waiting for episodes to drop, to fanart celebrating and having fun with our favorite characters–this is just some of the wonderful work that has gone into this zine.

today was pretty cool I made chili, got to talk and have a lovely call with a friend, but then i FACEPLANTED in the STREET and now have a huge bruise but am otherwise ok (i called the nurse, no extra pain or symptoms so dw). Watched my fig drawing video lessons so completed that. Now i'm just working on compiling the kappazine and weirdly trying to figure out details but its pretty good

super belated but sending out zine orders and such finally from earlier this week XD I've been super slow about doing anything art business until the fest, plus school has been a Lot, but happy to be getting zines to those who love them :D

I also need to upload all my new stuff to the store (kappazine, new angel stickers), and I definitely want to make a post for when they're available.

I would also like to dust off my olde mailchimp which has been sadly neglected for years, but since I'm less of a keen blogger I still want to keep in touch–just posting this here so I can remember what I intend to do XD
