Over the past two weeks, karma has heavily been on my mind. I don't know why, but I conducted a lot of research to understand it more. I walked away feeling like karmic suffering is not necessary. This isn't to say that as humans we do not experience some form of suffering. My observation derived from the understanding of intentions in its relation to karma. If you intend or think about doing something "bad" and you act upon it then that will result in some form of karmic suffering. Karma means action, what you do, say and think has karmic energy. It made me reflect on some of my past actions and thoughts. Not saying I have the entire karmic situation figured out, but I am learning more about it daily.
