Kapag sa sb kahit 8hrs aral di ako nag back pain pero kapag sa bahay wala pang 1h masakit na. I didn’t know that having such an ergonomic study area can make that much difference with my productivity. *_* I‘m proud of myself because I can now do focused studying for 4hrs straight, my remedy is to study at around 1am when everyone’s asleep. But I just dont know what to do with my back pain cos it’s not like I can study out in the midst of a pandemic. I’m thinking of getting a gaming chair but my sister said that it’s worth 5k and I’m not really sure if it’s gonna work... Ok, even if it does work, I cannot really afford a 5k-peso chair. :)) Idk how else to deal with this pesteng back pain so I guess I’ll just stick with salonpas and katinko.
