I am so stoked, we came out to show we can hang with the big boys here at the World Invatational and we did!!! 4th in ribs in the open, finishing 22nd out of 112 of the best. Then 15th in chicken with a 177 in the Invatational, finishing 28th overall. We got most of our meats in the 20s through the 40s on both days. we also picked up a 9th place vodka cocktail finish and 21st in turkey. I think we represented the east coast well. This was a blast and i am so happy a team that only does 6 or 7 competition a year finished in the top part of the pack of competitors at the KCBS World. Thank you to @wagnersmeats and the Grill Center, we did you proud. A personal thanks to Pete and Brock, you guys have been instrumental in our success. Thank you to all who bought food form us to help raise money for this trip, we needed it 😆 becuase this was not a cheap trip. A special thanks to my wife @trish_865 for not only helping cook but for also taking this crazy with me. Love ya baby.
