Kerbside Delivery

It is a form of delivery that only takes place to the kerb or pavement of the specified address or the delivery made as close as possible to the delivery address provided.

It means that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletized goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure. This is to ensure the safety of the driver, the customer and the general public.

The drivers will do their best to place the delivery where they wish. On a driveway, for example, but this is at their discretion. If there are access or other restrictions which will prevent vehicles above a certain size from reaching your address, please let us know.

Special arrangements can be made within the Shipping Method stage of the checkout process. If delivery cannot be made due to a reason we failed to make aware of the full cost of distribution and products will be charged to us.
