Stuck

It's 7 o'clock. Dinner time. I could have the Pad Thai I've already made. There are four servings of it in tupperware in the fridge. But there's also salmon fillets in the fridge. Use by 02/06/2024. That's today. If I don't cook it today will I just end up throwing it out? Will I reheat the salmon if I don't eat it tonight? I also have cauliflower and potatoes in the fridge. And khadhi in the freezer. Surely that's too much for one person. So what do I do?

Does it matter? No? But. But it feels like it does. It feels like this is a decision I want to make.

I think salmon is the rational choice?

But why am I struggling with making this decision? salmon. pad thai. creating more leftovers. creating more food waste? this shouldn't be this stressful. I'm just going to make the salmon
