echoes of wisdom spoilers but. i’m just saying.

the rifts have been appearing for a long time before the game starts like it’s implying years, maybe even decades. the might crystals hidden across hyrule are evidence of tri and their friends closing rifts before the might crystals are what are left behind. people, especially children, have also been falling into these rifts for as long as rifts have been made, but the only people to ever have returned from the rifts are link and his friends, probably because link doesn’t get turned to stone in the still world. when you mend the rifts in game, the people return to hyrule. so before the game when they mended the rifts did tri never bother to save anybody who got stuck in the still world???????

#loz eow #eow spoilers #you can’t say that the hylians must have just faded away before tri closed a rift because up until just before the game starts all of the #sprites were free sealing the rifts would have been near instantaneous they’d just need to get to the area and then jingle jangle fix it #tri has no idea about what humans can do and thinks they’re all intangible like them at the beginning of the game and learns about humanity #as the game goes on what’s the bettings they were following the goddesses orders to the letter and closing rifts by echoing all the things #that are missing. but they can’t echo the living beings so they just. leave the statues there #and then link moves around in the still world and drags all of these stone statues with him until he’s out of the still world and then thos #kids burst back to movement and tri is like ‼️‼️‼️⁉️
