It's damn good, go read it.

If you need more information though, Goze Hotaru is by first time mangaka Kou Tosaya, and debuts with an incredible first chapter. A historical fiction centered around the blind musicians known as Goze, it's a beautiful read. Full of wonderful art and expression, brimming with personality, and filled with character and story.
