i decided i wanted to know if the gemstone on kuukou’s ring meant anything and have been digging around the internet for answers lol. across the board, black gemstones are used for mood regulation so to say; it’s to turn depression into motivation and passion and to regenerate energy

as for what gemstone it could be, i think it’s not something hypmic has any interest in defining so therefore i believe has no set rock (and it’s a little hard to tell if said gemstone has been part of kuukou’s design from the beginning or is part of his design tweeks he gets sometimes lol 💀) but in buddhism, the diamond is a very important gem!!! the weapon that the dragon in kuukou’s speaker holds is called a ‘vajra’ which directly translates to ‘diamond’!!!! it could very well be a black diamond ring!!!!!
