Akiba Collab Café Celebrates 15 Years of Snow White with the Red Hair

  Back in 2006, Sorata Akiduki began publishing Snow White with the Red Hair in LaLa DX magazine. It's still running strong 15 years later, now in LaLa, and with an anime adaptation to its name. To celebrate the occasion, manga publisher Hakusensha will be hosting a collab café for the series in Akihabara.

  Patrons can snack on briouats, sandwiches, parfaits, and more inspired by Shirayuki and other residents of Clarines:

    And orders will come with postcards and coasters printed for the event:

    After you eat, stop into the gift shop to pick up postcard sets, magnets, tapestries, art prints, clear files, an acrylic diorama, and more:

    The café will run from October 22 to December 28.

  About Snow White with the Red Hair (from VIZ):

Shirayuki is an herbalist famous for her naturally bright-red hair, and the prince of Tanbarun wants her all to himself! Unwilling to become the prince’s possession, she seeks shelter in the woods of the neighboring kingdom, where she gains an unlikely ally—the prince of that kingdom! He rescues her from her plight, and thus begins the love story between a lovestruck prince and an unusual herbalist.

Toshokan Sensou Love & War will be on the cover of the next LaLa DX issue on April 10th. It will have a special chapter with a color title page, and the freebie will be a Bessatsuhen “Memorial Postcard Book”. It seems like the chapter will be part of the main series, not the Bessatsuhen spinoff (like the “Dog Run” and “Pretty Drinker” extras).

Vampire Knight Memories Vol.4 + Limited Edition & LALA DX~

Ordered from Animate to get the special benefits (postcard) so the package arrived a little late. The illustrations are from quite a while back but since I’m gonna get the book, might as well get it with the postcard ٩(｡•́‿•̀｡)۶ 

Still listening to the drama CD but Zero is so weak for Ren I just TTTTT Ai is soooo adorable around Ren too ;;;;;;

Also, was actually hoping the comic cover from the limited edition was the same as the illustration on the box but it is actually the same as the regular edition ^^;;

Postcard Book from Lala DX 2017 July Issue

I’m a sucker for Akizuki-sensei’s illustrations so I bought DX for just for these postcards. I’m not sure if the usual scanlation team(s) would buy DX for extras (I read raws), but if anyone is interested in the short extra, I might scan it sooner. If not, I’ll just scan it when I run out of space LOLOL
