Beef Cheeks Burrata Adobo Croquetas Squid Paella (no available soft shell crab) Glazed Iberico Pork Ribs Sisig Pibil Tacos Puto Flan de Queso . Lots of plants in the interiors got me to try out this new resto within the month of opening but it was the overall dining experience which triggered me to visit 3 times running.  I'm diggin' the food, drinks, service and even the little nice touch of having the quirky plates. . So far, I'm pretty impressed with the dishes I've tried and definitely recommend them to family and friends.  Predominantly with a Spanish flair, the dishes are a confluence of Spanish, Filipino, Korean, Japanese, Chinese etc.  The resto did a good job making each dish unique and interesting but not overly complicating its identity and taste.  Par example, potato and saba mashed together for a buttery and sweet combination.  Yes, saba in mashed potatoes is ❤!   Es Perfecto! 👍👍 .
