#spent the past few days totally focused on preparing a job application#managed to submit it at midday shortly before the deadline#late this afternoon I took a shower and afterwards I saw I had a missed call + voicemail asking me to call back#but by then the office was closed so I will have to call back in the morning#they must be offering an interview right?#they wouldn't phone me to say my application was rejected#haven't had an interview or updated my CV in 10 years so I am freaking out slightly#last week I asked for a preliminary tour of the workplace and met the boss informally#she chatted to me about the job and my experience for like 50 mins so that is also promising?#argh I don't know it's all a bit daunting but sometimes you just have to be brave and try something
