These Victorian Houses are located in Square Saint Louis in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal borough. The historic square is located near Sherbrooke metro station and Prince-Arthur street.
You’ll find a beautiful fountain ⛲️ in the middle of the park, a former “vespasian”(called “camillienne” in Montréal) building transformed into a small café. A great poet, Émile Nelligan, grew up near by on Laval avenue, hence the statue of him in the Square.
It is no stretch to call the Lomo Apparat, aka Captain Crunch (one day I will record the stomach churning noise that is winding this damn thing) my day to day camera. It's light, compact, and the wide angle lends a fun perspective! Since i was in a hurry to see the results of the long exposure experiment, I wanted the plateau taking photos of anything that caught my eye.
Cow with a crown of flowers on its head and standing in front of a small flower garden on the plateau of Aubrac, France - by François Le Diascorn (1947), French
My full piece for the Le Blanc zine, a Chat Blanc Miraculous Ladybug zine hosted over at @leblanczine! I had a lot of fun working on this piece, playing with the shadows and saturations. Everyone's work looks amazing and it all came together so well!
The leftover sale runs through May 4, 2024 so make sure you grab what's available :)
The production bible's little lore drop of "originally there were going to be six gsrs that crashed landed and Mata Nui was just one of them" has really got me thinking
The text states that they were each going to be in different and varying environments, but Mata Nui alone already had six pretty distinct biomes that covered a lot of varied ground, so what environs would be left to give a distinct feel?
