Snarling at someone who bumped into her, the woman kept moving, hand on her gun. "No big deal, right? Not like you haven't sent about fifty thousand other people after him. What do you want me to do, kidnap an old lady and hope he shows up to rescue her? Because I really don't want my face all over the news."

It took a moment, for the answer to her problem to dawn on her. Her canine form could come in handy here. As long as the press didn't see her face, didn't know her identity, she was safe. It was seven in the morning, and she hoped Spider-man got an early start. 

Ducking into an alleyway, she found a secluded place and shifted, before running back out into the street, hoping a giant wolf would be strange enough to draw some attention.
