Man... I've been really wanting to get back into martial arts classes to help fight off The Depression, but it seems that covid really did kill them all off in my area... :(
#i need to exercise#but like i do NOT have the attention span to do Repetitive Tasks for No Reason#I need to throw things (and people) again#i can be trusted with weapons lemme play with them!#i'm going to impulse reup my wow sub if you keep this up google#like all the mcdojos are still thriving 'cause every parent wants to throw $50 at a place so their kid can have a cool extracurricular#and the hyper intense mma fightclubs are still around#but those small schools with a bunch of nerds learning techniques and giggling while they get yeeted are all obliterated..#i do not thrive in a hypercompetative environment#which means mma/bjj/taekwondo/kickboxing/etc are SUUPER not on the menu#WHEN DID JUDO STOP BEING COOL GUYS???#the pandemic it was obviously the pandemic of course#can't hug AND social distance#goddammit!
