My EDS work buddy got her official diagnosis ๐๐๐
#very happy for her and also unsurprised bc her joints are waaay unstable#like im used to existing right on the line between hsd and heds#and if people ask me I'll usually advise they get it looked into if their hypermobility is noticably worse than mine#when i went through the thumbs and pinkies with her they went concerningly far past the point they need to for a positive beighton score#and she mentioned she's dislocated joints multiple times in the past year#so i was just like. you. you said you're intending to get a drs appointment asap right? cool yeah you should definitely do that#but yay diagnosis and also then realising that a bunch of other issues you didn't think were related are 100% because of that
