why is eating weird and inconvenient at times like 🙄🙄🙄🙄 brain and stomach pick a feeling and stick to it
#like i havent eaten much... i know that i should be hungry#i worked all day and what ive eaten consists of: a piece of bread and soy milk at 9am.. a sugar cookie from work.. a green tea latte at 2pm#a cup full of pasta and veggies from my coworker at like 5 (my only real food) and some chips and salsa at like 7pm#i SHOULD BE HUNGRY!! Ive been standing and cleaning and working all day#but like.. igenuinely do not want to eat anything#like ik the second i start cooking ill be hungry and my stomach hurts in the.. u need to eat way#but i don't want to eat...#i just want tea but all my tea is caffinated except three and im nit in the mood for any of that tea like 🙄🙄🙄 MAKE UP UR MIND...#brain.. stomach.. pls be on the Same Damn Page#food ment#ask to tag#does this count as disordered eating???#like it has nothing to do wiith my appearance i just feel weird gjgjdjd#what shall i eat... who knows#🐌.txt
