we talk a lot about how everyone needs to have healthcare and were usually talking about in the us but i really need ppl to also start addressing that in places like the midwest where towns and cities tend to be very small, few, and far, ummmm we straight up need places that OFFER what we need and take our healthcare lmao

a couple years ago i chipped a tooth at the corner and got it filled but it got knocked out while i was flossing a couple months ago and i was ignoring it but now the tooth is cutting into the soft parts of my mouth and i straight up dont know what to do bc that filling was $400 and thats more than i even make in a pay period AND i cant even go anywhere within an hour of where i live to get it fixed 🤩

also people who want to move to the midwest because its “cheaper to live there”. dont because not only is it not but its harder to leave once youre here lol
