Hmnnngg Big Anxiety today

Trauma Cunt is working today but I've spoken to managers about my issues and they've said I can go and work in the flat next door instead when she's in. But like. It hasn't been said as a definite "You're working in here today" way? And so far I've only ever worked in one flat? So I'm really nervous about going in bc Uncertainty and also I haven't worked with the other kids before so I don't know their routines. And the app is fucking me over again and not letting me view their support plans

The good news though is four seperate people have complained about The Cunt in a single week, including one going directly to HR so like. Very much holding out hope this asshole is gonna lose her job and potentially her carers liscense

#like to be clear #and i have said this to management too #its not just that i dislike her.#like ive actually been overly polite abt her by explaining ahe specificslly triggers my trauma and so i dont feel comfortable criticising #bc its difficult for me to know when shes actually doing something wrong or if its just my brain going back into hypervigilant defence mode #but. like. she tells the AUTISTIC CHILDREN to shut up bc a movie is on.#she tries to grab stuff away from the kid who specifically becomes violent when agitated by having things taken away #(she literally caused him yo have a violent incident and then ran away while another staff member got injured)#i dont just dislike her. she actively is unfit to be a carer.
