I dont know if it's because I'm an only child so I've had no real outlet for helping raise a kid beyond some babysitting times

But while I dont want to give birth to a kid and I'm iffy on wanting a kid period. There's so many things I keep seeing and thinking about where I'm like "damn I wish I had someone young to share that with"

I can't think of the specific thing this moment. But the other day at work I had a whole thing in my mind about something that I'd love to get or do with a kid. I think an experience I had as one but idr

Like I've never had the experience of watching a kid "get" something or really even grow. The closest I've come/I am, I've still been removed from the kids for a couple years at a time so of course I'm seeing them grow but I've rarely seen the failures

And I dont know what's up with that but I feels a bit like I'm missing out on something

#like ive seen it with dogs and animals and thata fun #but like theres this engineer guy on youtube with a subscription box and a class thing #or even kiwi co where i wanna get a kid that and see how they do #watch a kid start learning to talk and help them #although #i do have a weird frustration when im having trouble communicating and vise versa and its one of the reasons why im not all that into #thebidea if having a baby becaus i knowi would get possibly angry eith the child and not violent of course but the attitude and they dont #deserve that #but like hearing about a woman i watch talk about her baby learning bsl and really getting into it #its so sweet #dont mind me #tag rambles #idk where i was going wiyh this #i wish i could remember the thing iw as thinking of #but basically i want to be 'the cool aunt' but i have no siblings to give me kids #and the kids i may inherent are already on the olderside #also most if that family is horrible and i do not wnjoy spending time with them
