I just turned to talk to another alter as if there was someone co-fronting when there wasn't and had a little kind of mental notification saying "there's no one around right now" in my brain which is kind of ominous and not something I've seen happen before but sure I guess our brain's just doing whatever the fuck right now

#personal #thoughts #🍬 post #sometimes other alters will kind of like make notifications pop up in our brain usually as a joke #like one time 🐜 fronted and someone flashed up that ''everybody liked that'' image #but I'm not used to our brain just kinda doing that by itself #I also don't know how to describe the experience #I guess imagine a mental image of a dark screen with text on it that says ''there's no one around right now''#as if it's an error message or you've tried to click an option that isn't available in a video game #but also it felt like someone was co-fronting and I can't tell if that's because people have co-fronted so much today #or if it's our brain trying to split again
