Ive been a follower for a while but we've never talked, but i wanted to say i think i understand how you feel when the excitement isnt requited about f/o stuff. It makes you feel SO horribly empty that it makes you scared to even talk about your f/o's again, at least for me. Ive recently come back from a hiatus due to being hurt related to selfshipping, and im definitely getting the "idgaf" vibe from some of my old friends. Im so sorry its happening to you as well. Id love to hear about your selfships or even just be someone to listen, if you ever need it. You arent alone, i promise, even though it might feel like it

regardless, this is such a sweet ask and id love to talk about my selfships with literally anyone and would love to hear others too (esp yours anon!)

but yeah, what you said and described is definitely how ive been feeling lately :( i like it when others are excited about something or seem just as enthusiastic about it as i am and it seems usually, it doesnt happen and it hurts

in general its hard to talk about *any* interests because of the lack of excitement :( so whether f/o + selfshipping or not, it is so hurtful </3
