#I'm doing research on reference usage in a foreign language#like whether non-native speakers are more specific than native speakers so they'll say ''the mother bird'' instead of just ''the bird'' etc#anyway#a Number. of people. narrate these stories (which are told from text-less 6 panel comics) entirely in the first person#as if they and the interviewer are there.#the problem is that ''I'' and ''You'' are Completely irrelevant to me#but I do need to write them down bc they're pronouns and bc Occasionally they fill in dialog for the animals in the story#so after I've finished this shit I need to like write up notes and what not#ughhhhh
