i keep thinking about how my (assumed) adhd symptoms have gotten way worse since i switched from a workplace i liked to one i really don't like. my motivation is at an all time low and the executive function is just gone. every day i'm like 'oh wow that's 5 things i need to do and now i have less time to do them. yay'

#maybe i need to get this figured out #i need to be able to function even if my workplace sucks #for my own sake and sanity #like. i still haven't replied to the guy about wanting to re-take my exam in january #bc i don't want to fucking think that i'll STILL be there in january and it just makes me annoyed #but no matter where i'm working in january...... i need to do the exam #so i just need to reply to him #before it's january #✌🏽🤪#i need to do admin and all the lesson planning i've not yet done in the next 24 hours #fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun times for me #the worst part is i'm also wondering if it's bc of the birth control that i'm forced to take bc of the endo and the cyst #it immediately made me feel really numb so like #maybe it's just depression through hormones? how should i know ????????????????????#people at work are worried about me and i'm like. sorry for bringing the mood down i guess? ✌🏽😔#imagine how GOOD it will feel if i get the job at that other school.......... i'm trying to manifest it but also keep my expectations low
